This privacy policy explains what data Tile Paint! ("the Game"), developed by AltıMartı ("we", "us"), collects, how we use it, and your rights. By using the Game, you agree to this policy.
Data we collect
Data you provide
Nickname (optional): a player name you can enter to customize your appearance on the leaderboard. If you don't enter one, a random name is assigned. In both cases you appear on the leaderboard. You do not need to use your real name.
Game data
Your daily scores are sent to our servers for the leaderboard. Save data such as total score, completed achievements and game progress is stored only on your device and is not sent to us.
Data collected automatically
- In-game events (for example finishing a level), session and screen information.
- Device and app information: device model, operating system version, app version, performance and diagnostic data.
- Identifiers: Android advertising ID, app installation IDs, and a notification token used to deliver push notifications.
- Approximate location (city or country level) inferred from your IP address. We do not collect precise (GPS) location.
We do not collect your full name, email address, phone number or payment information.
How we use data
- To save your game progress on your device (this data is not sent to us).
- To run the leaderboard and show your nickname and daily score to other players.
- To analyze the Game, fix bugs and improve the experience.
- To send notifications (updates, events and reminders).
- To show ads and measure ad performance.
- To prevent fraud and abuse.
Third-party services
The Game uses the following Google services, which process data under their own privacy policies:
- Google Analytics for Firebase: usage analytics.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging: push notifications.
- Firebase database services: storing save and leaderboard data.
- Google AdMob: showing ads. AdMob may collect and use the advertising ID, IP address, interaction and diagnostic data for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention.

Ads and the advertising ID
Ads may be personalized based on your interests. You can reset or delete your advertising ID on your Android device under Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads).
Notifications
You can turn off notifications at any time in your device settings or in the Game's settings.
Sharing of data
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers listed above and, where required by law, with competent authorities. Your nickname and daily score are visible to other players on the leaderboard.
Data security
All data is transmitted from your device to servers over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Data retention
Leaderboard data (nickname and score) is kept until you ask us to delete it or for as long as the Game is available. Save data on your device is deleted when you uninstall the Game or clear its app data. Analytics and advertising data are subject to the retention periods of the respective Google services.
Data deletion
To request deletion of your leaderboard nickname and scores, email games.panacea@gmail.com with the subject "Tile Paint - Data deletion request" and include your in-game nickname. We will complete your request within 30 days. To delete the save data on your device, uninstall the Game or go to Settings > Apps > Tile Paint! > Storage > Clear data. Analytics data is linked to anonymous identifiers; you can limit it by resetting your advertising ID in your device settings.
Children's privacy
The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe your child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or KVKK in Türkiye), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data. Contact us at the address below to exercise these rights.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
